Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule their picnic up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the picnic may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on any pre-purchased food or equipment costs. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
