​These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with Pop-up Pique-Nique. By booking with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards may be exchanged for another date and time if available but are not refundable.

• Bookings:​

  • Bookings are non-refundable on the day of your scheduled picnic.

  • Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation occurs before your event date.

  • Non-refundable bookings may be rescheduled for another available time, depending on availability.

2. Weather Policy

We closely monitor the weather on an hourly basis leading up to your picnic. If the forecast calls for bad weather, we will notify you the day before your booking. In this case, you will have two options:

1. Full Refund – Your booking will be fully refundable.

2. Reschedule – We can move your picnic to another day or time, depending on the forecast and our availability.

Please note that Pop-up Pique-Nique does not host picnics in the event of possible bad weather. This policy is in place to ensure your safety and comfort.

3. Travel & Arrival

Please allow adequate travel time to reach your picnic location. Heavier traffic may be expected during weekends, holidays, or rush hours. We recommend arriving on time, as picnics are scheduled events.

4. Duration of Picnic

Each picnic includes a set amount of time as outlined in your package. Guests who arrive late are not entitled to extended time. Additional time may be available for purchase in advance.

5. Damages & Liability

• Guests are responsible for the care of all items provided. Any lost, stolen, or damaged items may incur an additional fee.

• Pop-up Pique-Nique is not liable for injuries, accidents, allergies, or illnesses that occur during your picnic. Guests participate at their own risk.

6. Food & Beverages

If catering or charcuterie add-ons are included, please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7. Photography & Marketing

Pop-up Pique-Nique may take photographs of setups for marketing purposes. Guests will not be photographed directly without consent. If you prefer not to have your picnic photographed, please notify us in writing before your event.

8. Agreement

By booking with Pop-up Pique-Nique, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
